Return Process

  Log in to your Knya account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original brand tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned items, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Knya wallet within 5-7 business days.
